Welcome to Zero Trust. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, digital services, and all cybersecurity solutions ("Services") provided by PT. Ako Media Asia ("Zero Trust", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Zero Trust provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

• Application and Network Security Testing (VAST)
• Cybersecurity-as-a-Service (CaaS)
• Patch Management
• 24/7 Security Operations Center (DevOps)
• Threat Intelligence and Response

All engagements are subject to individual service agreements or proposals. Zero Trust reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any of its services without prior notification.

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the company or entity engaging Zero Trust
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during any registration or onboarding process
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services

Access to certain features or tools may require authentication or meet other credentials, which must be kept secure and confidential.

You agree to:

• Cooperate with Zero Trust in good faith during assessments, implementations, and investigations
• Provide accurate access credentials and necessary documentation or permissions for any cybersecurity evaluations
• Not engage in misuse, unauthorized reproduction, or tampering with Zero Trust's platform, reports, or technology

All trademarks, content, tools, reports, documentation, and intellectual property made available by Zero Trust remain the exclusive property of Zero Trust unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No license or right is granted to reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our services, unless permitted in writing.

Zero Trust will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Security breaches originating outside our control
• Actions taken based on our assessment recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for services in question over the last 12 months.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee absolute protection from cybersecurity threats or that our recommendations will prevent all attacks.

Zero Trust disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Zero Trust reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
